We offer two ways to participate in our lean manufacturing benchmarking trips. The public kaikaku tours are scheduled several times each year. These dates are fixed and the agenda cannot be customized. Individuals or small groups may register for a public tour.

Private Kaikaku Tours
We schedule private lean benchmarking tour with a sufficient group size and planning lead time. For private tours we are able to customize your trip itinerary based on your requests to a certain degree. We will recommend several "must see" sites, but we will work with you to understand your needs and select from the over 80 sites we have to choose from. We will work with you to design the best possible experience based on the desired duration, types of industries, types of lean applications and your learning objectives.
The customization process may involve surveys of your JKE participants, interviews, or even on-site visits to see your products and processes in some cases.
